3.3.1. Bi nudi bio ngu
Bi si dung cho nudi tuin hdan co dang hinh tron hoac lye giic. Vat ligu xay bi
li xi ming (vat ligu chinh li gach, cit, xi ming). Be dugc xiy cliim trong dit, duong
kinh 6m, cao 1,8m, thi tich 50 m^. Si lugng be di nudi dat sin lugng 3000 kg/nam: 2
bi.
3.3.2. Ling nuoi bio ngir
Khay nudi hinh ehu nhft kich thuic 0,65 x 0,4 x 0,15 m= 0,04 ni3; cr moi khay
CO nip day ben hdng di cip thic in (rong). Mdi long ed 5 khay xip ching ldn nhau.
Dung tich ling la 0,04 m3 x 5 = 0,2 m3. Nudi 100 kg/m3 cin khdang 20 ling/m3
tuong duong 5 kg/long. Di nudi 2000 kg bio ngu, ting so long si dyng li 40016ng/bi.
IChay hinh trdn dudng kfaih 0,40, eao 0,15m, dungtieh0,018 m3.
Hai loai ling dugc thi nghiem trong he thing nudi khep km it thay nuoc vi
nudi treo di ddi ching.
3.4. Thiit bixit 1} nu&c
3.4.1. Be ling Igc chat thii rin, huyin phi
Di qui trinh ling eic chat thii rin, huyin phi hifu qui, bi hmh chi nhit, vit
li$u xi ming, gach dat chim trong dit phi hgp cao trinh thiit ki de duy tri ddng chiy
trong bi nho hon Im/ phut (Midlen and Redduig, 2001). Kich thudc bi thiit ki phu
